Oyunda hesap yoktur. Tüm oyun verilerin yalnız telefonunda saklanır; sunucularımızda senden hiçbir veri bulunmaz. Bu yüzden silme işlemi doğrudan oyunun içinden ve anında yapılır.
Oyun içinden silme (önerilen)
- FeastTrail'i aç ve ana ekrandan Ayarlar'a dokun.
- Gizlilik ve Veriler bölümünü aç.
- Tüm verilerimi sil'e dokun ve onayla. Oyun ilk açılış ekranına döner.
Silmeden önce verilerinin bir kopyasını istersen aynı ekrandaki Verilerimi kopyala düğmesini kullanabilirsin.

The game has no accounts. All your game data is stored only on your phone; we hold no data about you on our servers. That is why deletion happens right inside the game, instantly.
Delete in the game (recommended)
- Open FeastTrail and tap Settings on the home screen.
- Open Privacy & Data.
- Tap Delete all my data and confirm. The game returns to its first-launch screen.
If you want a copy of your data first, use Copy my data on the same screen.
Other ways
- Uninstalling the app also deletes all game data on the device.
- Android device backup: if backup is on in your Google account, your save file may also be in that backup. We cannot access it; you can delete it in Google Drive › Backups.

What is kept, and how long it takes
- Oyun içinden silme anında gerçekleşir; cihazda hiçbir oyun verisi kalmaz.
- Sunucularımızda oyun verisi tutmadığımız için silinecek başka kayıt yoktur.
- E-postayla başvurursan talebini en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Yazışmayı, talebin kapandıktan sonra yalnız yasal yükümlülüklerimiz için gereken süre kadar saklarız.
- Deleting in the game takes effect immediately; no game data is left on the device.
- We keep no game data on our servers, so there is nothing else to delete.
- If you email us, we answer within 30 days. We keep that correspondence only as long as our legal obligations require after the request is closed.

1. Biz kimiz? (Veri sorumlusu)
FeastTrail: Street Food (“Oyun”), Barış Bozbaş (“PeaceArcade”, “biz”) tarafından geliştirilir ve yayımlanır.

Bu metin 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) m.10 uyarınca aydınlatma metni, AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (“GDPR”) m.13 uyarınca bilgilendirme olarak hazırlanmıştır.
2. Kısaca
- Oyunu oynamak için hesap açman, adını, e-postanı veya telefonunu vermen gerekmez.
- Oyun verilerin yalnız cihazında saklanır; bize gönderilmez.
- Konum, rehber, fotoğraf, mikrofon, cihaz seri numarası, Android ID veya reklam kimliği istemeyiz.
- Oyunda reklam, analitik ve hesap yoktur. Oyunu oynamak hiçbir rızaya bağlı değildir.
- Verilerini oyunda Ayarlar › Gizlilik ve Veriler bölümünden kopyalayabilir ve silebilirsin.
3. Hangi verileri işliyoruz?
Cihazında, uygulamaya ayrılmış alanda şunlar tutulur:
- oyun ilerlemesi (bölüm yıldızları, en iyi skorlar), oyun içi para, yükseltmeler, güçlendiriciler, görevler,
- istatistikler ve ayarlar (dil, ses),
- yarım kalan bölümün durumu,
- aydınlatma metnini gördüğün zaman,
- yaş grubu (13 altı / 13–15 / 16–17 / 18+).
İlk açılışta doğduğun yılların aralığını ve yaşını seçersin. Yalnız buna karşılık gelen yaş grubu saklanır; yaşın, doğum yılın veya doğum tarihin saklanmaz.
Google Play yaş aralığı: Google Play'de yaş paylaşımı açıksa (ABD'nin bazı eyaletlerinde yasa gereği), Play yaş aralığını (ör. 13–15) cihazında doğrudan oyuna iletir. Oyun bunu yalnız yaş grubunu belirlemek için kullanır; seçtiğin grupla Play'in bildirdiği gruptan küçük olan geçerlidir. Bu bilgi bize gelmez ve yine yalnız yaş grubu saklanır.
Bu veriler bize gönderilmez. Android cihaz yedeklemesi açıksa kayıt dosyan, Google tarafından kendi Google hesabındaki cihaz yedeğine dahil edilebilir; bu yedeği Google hesabından yönetebilirsin, biz erişemeyiz.
Toplamadıklarımız: ad-soyad, e-posta, telefon, konum, rehber, fotoğraf, IMEI veya seri numarası, MAC adresi, Android ID, reklam kimliği, cihaz parmak izi, dokunuş kayıtları.

Cihazdaki veriler oyun sırasında otomatik yollarla oluşur. Hakkında otomatik karar verilmez.
5. Aktarım
Oyun verilerin üçüncü kişilere aktarılmaz, satılmaz ve pazarlama için paylaşılmaz. Oyunu indirdiğin mağaza (Google Play) indirme ve ödeme işlemlerini kendi gizlilik politikasına göre yürütür; bu işlemlerde veri sorumlusu Google'dır. Bize e-posta gönderirsen, yazışma kullandığımız e-posta hizmet sağlayıcısında saklanır.
6. Ne kadar saklıyoruz?
- Cihazdaki veriler: uygulamayı kaldırana veya “Tüm verilerimi sil”i kullanana kadar.
- Talep yazışmaları: talep kapandıktan sonra yalnız yasal yükümlülüklerimiz için gereken süre kadar; süre dolunca silinir veya anonim hale getirilir.
7. Çocuklar
- Oyun 13 yaş altındaki çocukları hedeflemez. İlk açılışta her oyuncuya, cevabı yönlendirmeyen tarafsız bir ekranla yaş grubu sorulur.
- Oyunda hesap, sohbet, reklam ve analitik olmadığı için hiçbir yaş grubundan veri toplanmaz.
- Ebeveynler çocuklarının verilerini oyunun Gizlilik ve Veriler ekranından silebilir veya bize information@peacearcadegames.com adresinden yazabilir.
8. Hakların
KVKK m.11 uyarınca; verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi isteme, işleme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlışsa düzeltilmesini, KVKK m.7 çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, otomatik analiz sonucu aleyhine çıkan sonuca itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararının giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsin.
AB/AEA ve Birleşik Krallık'taki oyuncular ayrıca erişim, düzeltme, silme, kısıtlama, veri taşınabilirliği ve itiraz haklarına ve bulundukları ülkenin denetim otoritesine şikâyet hakkına sahiptir.

Azerkent Sitesi, 16140 Nilüfer/Bursa. Başvurular ücretsizdir ve en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır. Başvurun reddedilir, cevabı yetersiz bulursan veya süresinde cevap verilmezse cevabı öğrendiğin tarihten itibaren 30 gün, her hâlde başvuru tarihinden itibaren 60 gün içinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsin.
9. Güvenlik
Oyun verileri, Android'in yalnız bu uygulamaya ayırdığı korumalı alanda saklanır; başka uygulamalar erişemez. Oyunda bize ait bir sunucuya veri gönderen bir bileşen yoktur.
10. Değişiklikler
Veri akışı değişirse (örneğin isteğe bağlı bulut yedekleme, bildirim veya reklam eklenirse) bu metni o sürüm yayımlanmadan önce güncelleriz ve yeni metni oyunda, devam etmeden önce gösteririz.

This policy provides the information required by Art. 13 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and Art. 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
2. In short
- You do not need an account, a name, an email or a phone number to play.
- Your game data is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.
- We never ask for your location, contacts, photos, microphone, device serial number, Android ID or advertising ID.
- The Game has no ads, no analytics and no accounts. Playing never depends on consent.
- You can copy and delete your data in the game under Settings › Privacy & Data.
3. What data we process
The following is kept on your device, in storage reserved for the app:
- game progress (level stars, best scores), coins, upgrades, boosters, missions,
- statistics and settings (language, sound),
- the state of an unfinished level,
- when you saw the privacy notice,
- your age group (under 13 / 13–15 / 16–17 / 18+).
On first launch you pick the years you were born in and your age. Only the matching age group is stored; never your age, year or date of birth.
Google Play age range: if age sharing is on in Google Play (required by law in some US states), Play passes your age range (e.g. 13–15) to the game directly on your device. The game only uses it to set your age group; the younger of the group you chose and the one Play reports applies. It never reaches us, and again only the age group is stored.
None of this is sent to us. If Android device backup is on, Google may include the save file in the device backup in your own Google account. You manage that backup in your Google account; we have no access to it.
What we do not collect: name, email, phone number, location, contacts, photos, IMEI or serial number, MAC address, Android ID, advertising ID, device fingerprint, touch logs.

Data on the device is created automatically while you play. No automated decisions are made about you.
5. Recipients
Your game data is not transferred to third parties, not sold and not shared for marketing. The store you downloaded the Game from (Google Play) handles downloads and payments under its own privacy policy, as an independent controller. If you email us, the correspondence is stored by our email provider.
6. Retention
- Data on your device: until you uninstall or use “Delete all my data”.
- Request correspondence: after the request is closed, only as long as our legal obligations require; then deleted or anonymised.
7. Children
- The Game is not directed at children under 13. A neutral age screen asks every player for their age group on first launch.
- As the Game has no accounts, chat, ads or analytics, no data is collected from any age group.
- Parents can delete their child's data on the Privacy & Data screen or contact us at information@peacearcadegames.com.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and you can lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Players in Türkiye also have the rights in KVKK Art. 11 and may complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority.
How: in the game, Settings › Privacy & Data › Copy my data / Delete all my data; in writing, information@peacearcadegames.com. Requests are free and answered within one month (GDPR) or 30 days (KVKK).
9. Security
Game data is stored in the area Android reserves for this app only; other apps cannot read it. The Game contains no component that sends data to a server of ours.
10. Changes
If the data flow changes (for example optional cloud backup, notifications or ads), we update this policy before that version is released and show the new notice in the game before you continue playing.
